SaaS connectors sync data from tools like Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, and Zendesk into Basedash Warehouse, a warehouse that Basedash manages for you. Once a connector syncs, you can chart and chat with its tables like any other data source. Connectors are powered by Fivetran. Basedash supports 750+ of them, and each one has its own page in these docs. Use search at the top of the docs to find a specific connector.
Only admins can add data sources. SaaS connectors are available on Basedash Cloud only, not on self-hosted deployments.

Add a connector

  1. Go to the Data page and select Add data source.
  2. Search for the tool you want to connect, or browse by category.
  3. Open the connector and select Connect.
  4. Sign in to the tool and authorize access in the setup form that opens. A few connectors, like Stripe, ask for an API key instead.
  5. Basedash creates the connector and starts the first sync. When it finishes, the synced tables appear on the Data page.
After setup, open the connector from the Data page to see its synced tables, change the sync frequency, pause syncing, or manage access.
